The City uses a third party credit card processor, Value Payment Systems, for its online services as well as its in-office credit and debit card transactions.  Value Payment Systems assesses a non-refundable convenience fee for use of this service.  The City does not collect or keep any portion of this fee.

Debit Card                                1.5% of transaction total
Consumer Credit Card*            2.45% of transaction total
Commercial Credit Card*         3.00% of transaction total

(Note: Visa prohibits use of its card to pay water or sewer in person at City Hall.)
