The primary goal of the Technology Department is to ensure that the City computer network operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. The City promotes its employees to be independent and responsible users of technology.
The City’s e-government services include items such as the e-List, Rapid Renewal (online auto registration through the state), and the City web page (www.brewermaine.gov). The City of Brewer e-List is used to communicate current City information such as city sponsored activities and events to our citizens and local businesses, universal waste days, spring clean up, Winterfest and Brewer Days.
The new City website is designed to help our citizens and businesses navigate the site more easily and efficiently, and to find the requested information in no more than 3-clicks (in most cases!). The website also serves as a gateway to our great community, not only highlighting current events but also all the wonderful things Brewer has to offer!
